When you book with Jillian Margaret Photography, you are booking way more than just another vendor for your wedding. You deserve to have a day you will never forget, since I know you have been dreaming of this very day since you were little! You deserve to have a photographer you connect with since we will be spending lots of time together on your wedding day! I will be your friend, and your supporter. I will help you fix your makeup after happy tears, and get you a water when that Florida heat gets you good!
What does this whole process look like
When choosing your wedding photographer, you want to find someone who shares your style. If you are looking for someone who produces bright, warm and cheerful images in their editing process - I am your gal!
So first things first, you inquire! We chat on the phone, talk about your wedding plans and what your day will entail. We decide to meet for coffee or hop on a call and absolutely hit it off! YAY! You decide you want to book with Jillian Margaret Photography, and I send you over the contract that best suits your wedding day needs. When you sign your contract, you can see me as your new wedding bestie. I am here for you during the entire process and love getting to know my clients on a personal level. We will get your engagement session on the books right away so get excited! During this session, we will meet at your location of choice and have some fun! This is THE BEST way to really get to know each other before your big day and get yourself comfortable in front of the camera.
In the next coming months we will work hand in hand on your timeline to ensure time for all of your most important moments. You will write down all the key shots you are hoping to get, family photo groupings, etc;. If you are working with a planner, you will get one from them as well. . I like to provide my clients with a photography version of the wedding day timeline so that you know what photos will be taken when!
We hop on a call to chat through your timeline and wedding day vision the month before your wedding to make sure we have everything squared away.

I will capture moments you didn't even know happened - like your aunt crying watching you walk down the aisle, or your parents holding hands during your sister's speech. I strive to capture timeless imagery that you can look back on in decades to come and remember what you felt in that moment. Your wedding day is a once in a lifetime, joy-filled, happy day that will be filled with tears, laughs, and endless memories. This will be a day that you cherish and hold close to your heart for the rest of your life.
Once your wedding day is over, you only have a few weeks to wait until I send you a full online gallery of all your wedding day memories! I encourage you to treat this as more of a viewing party with your partner. Get a glass wine, curl up on the couch and relive this day together!

Your wedding gallery will be delivered to your email with a link to your exclusive online viewing gallery. Through this link you will be able to download, share, and print all of the photos you wish!
My most popular package is my 8 hour wedding package. For an 8 hour wedding day, my assistant and I will take around 3000 photos. We then go through a culling process where we hand select the very best images from your special day. For my 8 hour package, you can expect around 800 fully edited images.
I create timeless, romantic, and genuine photographs. I would define my style as bright and warm. I am a lover of bff couples and a good love story. I will probably tear up as you read your vows and am just as excited for your wedding day as you are! My approach to photographing weddings is definitely more candid and documentary but I think there is definitely an exception and a time and a place for posed photos as well.
